Please remember that in order to continue your telephone service, you must make all your monthly payment on time. Our pay-as-you-go system automatically discontinues service if you payment is not received by the due date.

Make your payment online using your credit or debit card through Western Union.

Debit Card or "Check by Phone" Payments    
Simply call us at 1-800-275-8223 and we will process your payment immediately right over the phone. You will need your account number and the bank routing number located on the bottom of your checks.

Credit Card Payments    
We take all major credit cards. The name on the credit card and the name on the 1-800-RECONEX account will need to match. Call us at 1-800-275-8223 and we will process your credit card immediately right over the phone.

Money Order Payment    
When making a money order payment, please detach the bottom portion of the payment reminder notice and place with your money order in the provided return envelope. Standard postage is required. Please allow plenty of mail time to ensure uninterrupted service.

   
MoneyGram is available in thousands of locations including Walmart. To make a MoneyGram payment pick up the blue ExpressPayment form. The Receive Code is 1610. Be sure to put your 1-800-RECONEX Account number on the form.

   
Go to any Western Union location and pick up the Gray Prepaid Services form. You will need your Western Union prepaid services number. Your prepaid services number is listed above your phone number on you monthly payment reminder notice (SP: 123456789). If you do not have a prepaid services number call us at 1-800-275-8223.

   
Pay with cash by purchasing a Green Dot MoneyPak from one of the tens of thousands of Green Dot locations nationwide, such as Rite Aid, CVS, Walgreens or Radio Shack. Then simply call us at 1-800-275-8223 and we will process your payment immediately right over the phone.
