CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVES
1-800-RECONEX, Inc., a national telecommunications company, has been one of the 100 fastest growing Oregon companies. We offer growth and advancement to individuals who are energetic and innovative. We’re seeking CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVES for our Hubbard, Oregon office, with the following qualifications to handle incoming telephone inquiries:
- Customer service orientated, dependable and energetic.
- Excellent written, verbal and problem solving skills.
- Experience operating a computer in a Windows environment.
- Ability to keyboard at a minimum of 30 words per minute, customer service or call center experience preferred. Must have experience working with customers.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED.
BILINGUAL CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVES
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Competitive hourly wage with monthly
performance bonuses.
- Full medical, dental and vision benefits
after being with the company 30+ days.
- Eligibility for profit sharing bonus,
paid time off, 401k and tuition reimbursement
- Candidates should have 6 months experience
in a customer service role
- Experience in telemarketing or other
telephone customer contact is helpful.
- Must have good verbal, written and
interpersonal communication skills, and should
be detail oriented.
